Increasing the qualification of the employees of the Registry Agency by improving their knowledge and practical skills in the usage, administration, management and design of system and communication software products

Within the framework of the project, experts from the Registry Agency will be trained with upgrading specific trainings in the field of information and communication technologies. With regard to the forthcoming entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and regarding the free circulation of such data and the cancellation of Directive 95/46 / EC (Single Data Protection Regulation), the Registry Agency, as a personal data controller, must respond adequately to all new requirements. To achieve this goal, it is necessary for the staff of the Agency to increase their competences. The overall objective of the envisaged activities is to improve the operation of the Agency regarding the services provided to consumers and to increase the efficiency of the administration. The acquired knowledge and skills from these trainings will contribute to better addressing the job responsibilities and optimizing the workflow, the normal functioning of the administration units and e-government. By conducting the specialized trainings, the project proposal will cover the needed knowledge of the employees in relation to their direct daily duties not only for use of personal data and the security of the information systems, but also for the efficient management of the system and network software products, used in the Agency. It is expected that these trainings will contribute to the implementation of the public administration reform by developing the necessary competencies of the employees as well as ensuring the proper fulfillment of their duties.
