Enhancing the qualification of SEGA employees

Increasing the professional competence of the employees and improving the quality of their work is essential for the activity of the Agency. The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the staff through specialized trainings. The project envisages the conducting of 9 training courses for a total of 11 employees of the specialized administration, who will undergo one or more courses. The specialized training courses that will be organized in the framework of the project will contribute to more effective and efficient fulfillment of the employees' official commitments. The courses are in the field of ICT, which is the basis of e-governance and is directly related to its development
