Improving the Specialized Knowledge and Skills of Employees in the State e-government Agency

E-Government State Agency performs the public policy in the areas: e-government; electronic services; electronic identification; network and information security; spatial information infrastructure; public sector information in a machine-readable open format. At the same time, the Agency has the competence to develop strategic documents in the field of e-government, to provide methodological guidance on the functioning of e-government, to participate in the prioritization, coordination and the implementation of the state e-services, etc. Investing in human resources is crucial for the successful implementation of public policy in these areas. This project is part of the Agency's strategy for enhancing the professional competence of its employees and improving the quality of their work. The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees by appropriate trainings for specific skills and by exchange of good practices. The project is aimed at employees from different directorates. Their choice is based on the training needs and the specifics of their work. The activities will help to increase their knowledge and skills and will contribute to the realization of the project goals. The project provides six specialized training courses, as well as a training seminar for sharing experience and good practice for a total of 63 employees from the specialized administration of the Agency, who will undergo one or more training courses. The specialized training courses that will be implemented through the project will contribute to a more effective and efficient implementation of the employees ' work commitments. The majority of training courses are in the field of ICT, which are at the core of e-governance and have a direct attitude towards its development.
