Improvement of the specialized knowledge and skills of the Fire Safety and Civil Protection`s staff who performs state fire control, prevention and control on keeping requirements of the Disaster Protection Act

With the implementation of a common project proposal, Fire Safety and Civil Protection Directorate General-Ministry of the Interior(FSCP DG, MoI) foresees to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the staff who performs state fire control, prevention and control on keeping requirements of the Disaster Protection Act(DPA). The upgrading the capacity of our structure will be achieved through organisation and conduction of exchange of experience and good practices. The employees who work at national level in FSCP DG, MoI will conduct trainings of the staff from its territorial units, according to Art. 8 of the Rules for Organization and Activities of MoI. The territorial units are FSCP Regional Directorates and Local Services are also responsible for the state fire control, prevention and the control on keeping requirements of the DPA. The following activities are planned: • organisation and conduction exchange of experience and good practices in the field of state fire control; • organisation and conduction exchange of experience and good practices in the field of control, prevention on keeping requirements of the DPA; The main target group involves the staff of FSCP Regional Directorates and Local Services who performs state fire control, prevention and control on keeping requirements of the DPA. The expected results are 1000 employees, who have passed experience and good practices. For implementation of the activities connected with services and supplies, FSCP DG, MoI will select an external contractors through public procurement procedures in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act. FSCP DG, MoI will manage and implement the project on its own, without an involvement of any partners. The expected project budget is 55 098,58 BGN and its duration - 5 months.
