The activities planned in this project proposal are fully in line with the requirements set out in the Applicant Guidelines and are consistent with the rationale for this procedure. The project’s activities perceive the optimization of the specialized knowledge and skills of the Commission for protection against Discrimination’s employees so that CPD functions and works more effectively for the establishment of social justice, protection against discrimination and prevention of vulnerable groups, as well for the active involvement of the specialized HR and Equality Body in countering the new challenges in the area of equal treatment. The activities envisaged are four specialized training sessions containing the following thematic modules: 1. "Specifics of proof in the procedures for protection against discrimination"; 2. "Specifics in issuing the decision motivation of CPD"; 3. Specifics of protection against discrimination, incl. prevention of vulnerable groups: children, people with disabilities and people living in poverty; and 4. "Identification and counteraction of new forms of discrimination, incl. "Harassment" and "speech of hatred". All the themes in the trainings are in compliance with the requirements of the procedure and are closely specialized and specified in order to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the CPD activity. The target group includes 48 employees of management and expert positions from the CPD administration.
