Enhancing of the expertise capacity of CCCIAF for effective and professional valuation and analysis of compendium of financially measurable rights and obligations.

The functions of inspectors in the Commission are regulated in Art. 114, para. 1 of the PKONPI and these require the collection of information regarding the assets of the inspected person, which within the meaning of paragraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of CCIAF ACT is "any type of property, tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, as well as legal documents proving the right of ownership or other rights therein. "This legislative provision obliges the Commission authorities to draw up accurate, up-to-date and expertly executed individual assessments of each of the above from the set of rights, obligations and factual relations that characterize ownership. Project "Enhancement of the CCCIAF Expert Capacity for Effective and professional preparation of evaluation and analysis of collections of monetary assessments rights and obligations" provides for the improvement of the qualification of the employees precisely in the implementation of these statutory functions for assessing the property of the inspected person through the passage of four specialized trainings with the subject of expert evaluation in different areas of part of the ones described in art. 114 of the CCIAF ACT functions and activities, namely: - Expert valuation of real estate; - expert assessment of agricultural lands and forests; - expert assessment of motor vehicles; - expert evaluation of commercial enterprises; All activities represent the acquisition of a specialized set of knowledge, techniques, methods for the successful and accurate implementation of the Commission's staff assessment process of the Commission's staff, provided by proven professionals in specific areas (activity-based). The activities thus described concern the essential elements of the property of the inspected persons, derived from the long experience of the applicant in the examination of the property conditions of the natural persons in fulfillment of his statutory obligations.
