Strnghtening the capacity of the Commission for countering corruption and illegal assets forfeiture (CCCIAF) for application of the Law for countering corruption and illegal assets forfeiture (LCCIAF).

Within the framework of the current project, two trainings will be carried out to increase the capacity of CCCIAF for the implementation of the LCCIAF . Activity 1 of the project envisages training for 45 Commission officials (bodies) on "Investigation and protection in an interactive environment". Within the framework of Activity 2, a training will be held on ""Legal framework, practice and jurisprudence" for 45 people. The training will cover the following sub-themes: 1. "Court practice of counteracting corruption and illegal assets forfeiture in other countries and EU Member States"; 2. "European and international documents, standards and good practices in the field of civilian confiscation." 3. "Full and accurate implementation of the Law for countering corruption and illegal assets forfeiture (LCCIAF)" The project duration is envisaged to be 18 months and its budget - BGN 153 233.
