"Improving the Specialized Knowledge and Skills of Employees in the State E-government Agency in the field of e-government architecture"

Increasing the professional competence of the employees and improving the quality of their work is essential for the activity of the Agency. The main objective of the project proposal is to build the specialized knowledge and skills of the staff and to achieve new by participating in taking part in suitable trainings for getting specific skills in the terms of dynamically changing conditions. The project is aimed at employees from all directorates and units. Their choice is determined on the basis of the need for specific knowledge and skills related to the field of e-government, which has direct bearing to the fulfillment of the functions of each of the specialized units. Through the implementation of the project 224 employees from the specialized administration will be trained. The specialized trainings that will be organized in the framework of the project will contribute to more effective and efficient implementation of the duties of the employees. The provided trainings are directly related to the development of e-government in medium term perspective.
