“Ji Do Kwan” is a non-governmental organization, actively operating in the sport field. Based on its great experience in this field and the review of the quality policies in professional sports in Bulgaria, the project set the following objectives: - making recommendations for improvement of service delivery processes in the field of sports education; - conducting a study of good practices and innovative solutions in the field of quality policies in professional sports in Korea and Greece; - incorporation of good international practices in the formulation of policies in the sport field. These objectives will be realized through the following activities: Activity 1: Implementation of a research of good practices and innovative solutions in the field of quality policies in professional sports in Korea/Greece and other relevant countries; Activity 2: Making recommendations, relating to the quality policies in the sport field; Activity 3. Implementation of a conference with stakeholders for presenting the good practices and recommendations. The project is aimed at achieving the following results: - Conducted study of good practices and innovative solutions in the field of quality policies in professional sports and a report prepared on its basis; - Prepared recommendations relating to quality policies in the sport field, addressed to the relevant authority / administration; - Implemented conference with stakeholders. As a result of the implementation of this project, the NGO's activity in the policy formulation and legislation will increase, including by making recommendations.
