Improving the Participation of the Civil Society in the Work of the Municipalities and Labour Offices in Smolyan and Razgrad Regions

The main project objective is encouragement of the joint management with the citizens and the business of key fields as the municipal administrations and the labour offices aiming to improve the processes of offering services implementation of polices and creation of friendly regulator environment. Specific objectives: 1. Effect open and responsible management with the citizens for improving the processes offering services, implementation of polices and creation of friendly regulator environment by the municipal administrations and the labour offices in Smolyan and Razgrad regions. 2. Make recommendations for improving the processes of offering services, improving the regulator environment, more transparency and publicity of the examined polices and activities in the municipal administrations and the labour offices in the two regions. Activities: • Studying the accessibility and quality of the administrative services offered by the municipal administrations and the labour offices in Smolyan and Razgrad regions. • Analysis of the results of the study of the municipal administrations and the labour offices in the Smolyan and Razgrad regions for interaction with the citizens. • Working out a mechanism and recommendations for improving the environment for citizens’ participation in the work of the examined institutions. • Carrying out two common events in Smolyan and Razgrad with the interested parties make popular the results of the carried out study, the analysis and the mechanism with recommendations for improving the environment for citizens’participation. Results: A study of the municipal administrations and the labour offices in the two regions. An analysis of the municipal administrations and labour offices with recommendations towards each institution, for improving interaction with citizens. A mechanism for implementing the recommendations for improving citizens’ participation in the examined institutions. Well informed public about project result
