Increasing citizen participation in the processes of formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation in the field of philately

The project proposal focuses on improving the interaction between public institutions with functions in the postal sector and those involved in the care and preservation of the cultural and historical heritage, on one hand, and philatelic associations, traders of postal and philately materials and the general public (children and adults - lovers of philately as a source of new knowledge and aesthetic education), on the other hand. Within the framework of the project, four activities will be implemented upgrading the project implementation, namely: 1. Analyze and evaluate good practices and policies in the field of philately and postal activity 2. Development of a mechanism and tools for civil monitoring on the actions, decisions and policies implemented by the state in the field of philately 4. Joint activities between NGOs, the administration and the general public to implement public policies in the field of philately 4. Raising the public awareness on the opportunities and tools for civic participation in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring in the sphere of philately
