Civil society - the subject of local cultural policies

The present project proposal is aimed at solving the problems related to the interaction between the two target groups - civil society - the Culture sector and the municipal administration and its experts "in the field of cultural policies. The planned activities (6) are: Implementation of studies related to improving civic participation in the processes of formulation, implementation of municipal cultural policies; To carry out studies of good practices, innovative models in the municipal cultural policy in the EU and Bulgaria, accompanied by a illustrated luxury edition for the Bulgarian experience; Development of the Methodology and Interaction Model Handbook Cultural Organization - Municipal Administration "; Exchange of good practices and innovations related to civic participation in the formation and implementation of cultural policies;Public discussion of the municipal cultural policy, which will be summed up Suggestions for supplementing the municipal plans, Concept for Cultural Projects Fund; An analysis of free municipal property to provide young people with the opportunity to organize Innovative Zones - including "Shared Jobs" as well as other proposals arising during the implementation of the activity; Through its closing activity, the Conference "Financing Cultural Policies" and the publication of all project materials on the Internet, representatives of the target groups on the territory of the country are given the opportunity to learn about the results and to adapt and apply them in their practice. Thus, the effect of the project proposal comes out of the initially defined conditions for implementation and becomes a good Bulgarian practice created under the OPs, which brings considerable added value to the project. Part of the activities is a public procurement under the CMD.
