Digital transformation - with or without the civil society

Industry 4.0 (also called Digital Transformation) will revolutionize the whole of society. It will have an impact on the economy, on education, on social policy, on politics itself. Industry 4.0 will have a huge impact on all spheres of public life. Bulgaria and Romania are the only countries in the EU that do not have a policy in this area. Since the beginning of this year, there has been an increase in the individual structures of the executive power: the organization of conferences, round tables on the problems of DR. The only representative of the executive has adopted a document on this topic (Concept) is the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Tourism has announced that digital transformation will be a priority of the institution.
