" The education - a guarantee for the future"

The project aims to improve the monitoring mechanisms on educational policy related to prevention, intervention and compensation for early drop-out, access and retention of children and students in the education system through partnership between the institutions and civil society. The aim of the proposal will be achieved by implementing specific goals, realizing the following activities: Investigations and analysis of policies at municipal level and regional level for educational integration and the degree of civic participation in the processes of formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies at local, regional and national level and reviewing the implementation of the Institutions' Interaction Mechanism for inclusion in the education system of children and students at compulsory pre-school and school age with a view to drawing up analysis - assessments with recommendations and specific guidelines; Development of a Mechanism for monitoring and control of activities related to policies for educational integration and access of pre-school and school-age children from Teteven municipality - with the active participation of representatives of the candidate and the partner, local institutions, regulating the involvement of all stakeholders in the process of monitoring of the implementation of national policies at local level for access to education; Capacity building of the applicant through networking to improve citizen participation - NGO forums from the Northwest region to build a network that addresses educational integration issues and enhancing civic participation in educational policies; Raising public awareness and promoting civic participation in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring processes - conducting roundtables for sharing good practice, presenting surveys, analysis, mehanism and disseminating a handbook.
