Open and responsible governance of the Municipality of Sevlievo in partnership with the citizens and the business

The overall project objective is to support an open and responsible management of the municipal administration of Sevlievo, in partnership with the citizens and the business. Specific objectives: - Achieving effective partnership management with citizens; - Open and responsible management of the Municipality of Sevlievo; - Formulate and address recommendations to improve service delivery processes, better regulatory environment, fight against corruption, prevent conflicts of interest and abuse of office, compliance with ethical standards by civil servants. Activities: - Develop process analysis and study of good practices to increase civic participation in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation. - Development of mechanisms and tools for civil monitoring and civil monitoring actions, decisions, policies and legislation. - Conducting trainings for the experts of Social Innovation Association to improve citizen participation in the processes of policy formulation and implementation and monitoring. - Joint activities between NGOs, as mediators of citizens and business, and administration for the implementation of public policies, legislation and governance. Results: - Raising public awareness and promoting civic participation in the processes of policy formulation and implementation and monitoring. Results: - Enhance citizens' and non-citizen involvement in decision-making and support for open and responsible governance; - Improving the processes of citizen and non-citizen participation in formulating, implementing and monitoring policies and legislation through analysis and research, recommendations and mechanisms and tools; - Increasing the capacity of the Social Innovation Association to advocate civil society in interaction with the state; - Enhanced partnership for active dialogue and generating ideas with citizens and impenetrable.
