Shared decisions/Society participation in polices and services for adults and elderly people in Pazardjik region

Project “Shared decision” aims to create opportunities for improving of participation of civic society in the monitoring and evaluation of policies and social services for adults and elderly people in Pazardjik region. In order to achieved this aim in the project’s framework it will be developed methodology for civic monitoring of regional strategy for social services which will be consulted with all stakeholders. Methodology’s implementation in the practice with participation of clients of social services and non-governmental sector will provide information which will be analyzed and resulted in concreate recommendations addressed to governmental and municipality authorities. Essential part of the project is a research of attitudes of local business to support social services for adults and elderly people. The information’s analyses will formulate concreate recommendation for further business involvement and contribution to welfare of groups of vulnerable adults. During the whole project’s circle will be realized common activities of civic society and authorities which ensure smooth project activities’ implementation and effective participation of civic society in planning and monitoring of policies and services for adults. The planning activities for information of community will improve, not only knowledge for civic participation, but contribute to popularize project’s results as well.
