Raising civic participation in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring processes through the implementation of the mechanisms of Art. 37c of the LCMSA

The present project proposal is to study and analyze the application of Art. 37c of the Local Self-Government and Local Administration Act, namely: the work of a general assembly of the population to any town hall or region of up to 10,000 inhabitants. In the framework of the project, studies will be carried out on the attitudes of local administrations and the community on the application of local self-government principles through the involvement of civil society in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring processes. A wide-ranging information campaign will be carried out, and regulations for the implementation of Art. 37c of the LSAC for local administrative structures and for citizens. The project will be implemented in partnership with 5 municipalities with a population of less than 10,000 with whom a partnership agreement will be concluded before the signing of the administrative agreement. Efficient and efficient spending of funds will be ensured through project management. Throughout the project period, activities will be carried out to visualize the EU contribution through the OPD.
