NAPRED – Encouragement the Contribution of the Non-Governmental Sector to the Implementation of the Policies for activation of NEETs and LTU

The candidate and the partner will investigate the reasons for inactivity of the inactive youths (NEETs) and of the long-term unemployed (LTU), the preconditions for their inclusion in employment and the opportunities for participation of the business and NGOs in their integration in labor market.On the basis of this data,an analysis of the results of the research will be made for structuring and assessment of the factors, determining the inactive conduct of NEETs and LTU,for the opportunities for inclusion of these groups in the labor market and will outline the modes of participation of the business and NGOs in the solution of this problem.On the basis of its conclusions at least 6 recommendations will be prepared for the participation of the NGO sector in the implementation of the policies for integration of NEETs and LTU in the labor market, which will be submitted to the competent bodies.The recommendations will be thematically oriented in two directions: • Activation of NEETs up to 29 years of age • Reintegration in the labour market of LTU - Active participation of business and NGO sectors Concerning the NEETs the recommendations will be targeted to more involvement of NGOs and efficient use of the developed methods in the course of the implementation of the project methodology for reaching and motivation of this target group.With regard to the LTU the recommendations will be targeted to the development of individual profiles and individual approach to their reintegration in the labor market. On the basis of the analysis the candidate and the partner will develop result-oriented methods for the efficient inclusion in employment of the above mentioned groups with the active participation of the NGOs.The candidate and the partner will carry out a national information campaign for promotion of the developed methodology and recommendations for the opportunities for participation of NGOs in the integration of the target groups in the labor market.
