Working Bulgaria Parliament

With the establishment of a Working Bulgaria Parliament, the project establishes a mechanism for monitoring the implementation of national policies in the field of the application of labor legislation, with its scope at national, regional and sectoral level. The overall objective is to create an environment that monitors the labor market situation and the actions of the institutions to respect the fundamental labor rights of workers as a level playing field, the right to social security, compliance with the legal provisions on working time the right to remuneration which the employer is obliged to pay within the time limits set by the employee for the work done, the right to safe and healthy conditions Work that allow normal functioning of the human body and ensure the protection of physical and mental integrity of the human body and to prevent external adverse impacts on him, the right to protection from dismissal. This project meets the following objectives: - Open and responsible management through: Adapting Workers to Modern Public Trends in the Field of Civil Society Development. Shaping the community of workers and their motivation. Increasing the number of people involved in the public and political life of the country Building practical skills for participation in the process of forming and implementing labor market policies. - Making recommendations to improve the processes of providing a better regulatory environment, providing services to working citizens, combating corruption and the informal economy by building new skills and new knowledge of labor market practitioners. As a multiplier effect, the project generates a large-scale campaign that will improve partnering with citizens and business, which is the third goal of this procedure.
