The project plan to create an innovative civic platform, which will enable young people to participate in the process of formulating and monitoring the country's legislation. It will be developed a mechanism for the monitoring of young people to be able to discuss proposals for legislation acts, it will take into account the new trends in communication. Based on the mechanism, an online platform will be developed, it will reflect the views of the target group and to process and systematize them on the basis of mathematical principles and models. The platform will be web-based. The successful implementation of the project satisfies the need to create conditions for the active inclusion of young people in policy making and proposals for legislative changes. The project will support the work of the state administration and bodies for actively involving the public in the processes of law-making, which reflect the needs, ideas and problems of citizens. The main objective of the project is to create a mechanism for the participation of young people in the process of developing and controlling the legislation of the state as part of the partnership management with the citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria. The expected results from the implementation of the project contribute to the implementation in the country's best practice and models related to the improvement of the civic participation in the processes of formulation, implementation and monitoring of legislation. As a result of the project will be developed a mechanism for monitoring by the young people when discussing proposals for regulatory documents through a web-based platform.
