"How to make communication between the state and citizens better?"

The project "How to make communication between the state and the citizens better?" Aims to achieve partnership management with the citizens and business in the field of culture in Bulgaria, to promote open and responsible governance by issuing recommendations to the administration in the field of culture . Activities and projected results are geared to analyzing and transferring existing good practices in the field of culture; raising public awareness and trust in the process of formulating policies in the field of culture; the effective involvement of civil society organizations in the policy formulation process; improving administration processes, public information and overall effectiveness in selecting stakeholders; strengthening the role and potential of NGOs in the field of culture. In the framework of the implementation of the project, activities will be carried out for: • Research; data collection and development of databases, development of analyzes, methodologies and models related to improving civic participation in the processes of policy formulation and implementation and monitoring; developing mechanisms and proposals to improve the environment for civic participation in management, exchange and / or transfer of good practices and / or innovative solutions related to improving civic participation in the processes of policy formulation and implementation and monitoring; Organization of a wide information campaign and others similar activities to promote civic participation in the processes of policy formulation and implementation and monitoring. As a result of the project implementation, an increase in the number of actively involved NGOs will be achieved in this process, recommendations will be made to improve service delivery processes, a better regulatory environment, compliance with ethical standards by civil servants, alternative methods for conducting consultative processes.
