Strengthening the civil participation in the implementation of the policy for the Bulgarians abroad

The project is aimed at improving the state policy towards Bulgarians abroad by widening the involvement of civil society and business in the process of preserving the Bulgarian ethno-cultural space and unification of the Bulgarians in the world as well as in their efforts to return and active life in the country. The needs of the stakeholders (state administration, citizens, business and NGOs) are defined in several directions: 1. necessity of supporting the activity of various Bulgarian organizations abroad; 2. need for information and assistance to individual citizens and groups, economic emigrants, the general state of the economy and the standard of living and the opportunities for professional realization in Bulgaria; 3. the necessity of the business by a skilled workforce, with knowledge of foreign languages ​​and built working habits; 4. the need for civil society and business to be directly involved in decisions related to their interests; The necessity of the state and civil society to "return" to the Bulgarian human capital living abroad in order to "infuse" their potential in the construction of the Bulgarian society and the economy, in one way providing the necessary conditions for the education and future of their children. Target groups are: • State administrations; • State authorities; • Non-governmental organizations, incl. employees; • Business; • Public Activities: 1. Collecting data and developing databases; 2. Development of mechanisms and tools; 3. Preparation of evaluation and recommendation of the state policy towards Bulgarians around the world; 5. Implementation of campaigns for re-emigration of Bulgarians living abroad; 6. Joint actions between administrations and NGOs; Results: Prepared database, work manual, evaluation and recommendations for the implementation of state policy for Bulgarians abroad Conducting an information campaign and a round table on re-emigration Conducted training for partner employees
