Conduction of specialised trainings targeted at officials from the public administration

This project is aimed at organizing and conducting specialized training courses intended to develop, improve and update the specific body of knowledge, skills and competences of civil servants from the central public administration in the context of the full-fledged membership of the Republic of Bulgaria in the European Union and the commitments arising from the EU decision-making process. The project will be focused, too, on strengthening and upgrading the expertise, and the administrative and institutional capacity of the beneficiary via an update and/or adaptation of training modules of the Diplomatic Institute; conduction of profile trainings for its employees in EU member-states, as well as digitization processes concerning the training practice of the beneficiary’s institution. The project performance needs stem from the objectives set in the Strategy for Development of the Public Administration 2014–2020, and for the sake of systematic pursuit of priority policies for professional management and availability of highly qualified and motivated public officials. Within the task so targeted at constant roll-out and update of the skills of the civil servants, and for addressing the needs of acquiring fresh knowledge, that will help them in their professional occupation, there will be carried out 4 activities as follows: 1. Conduction of trainings in Protocol and Etiquette, Public Diplomacy, Communication and Presentation skills; 2. Conduction of trainings in Terminology in English; 3. Conduction of tailor-made trainings targeted at officials of the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute; 4. Development and introduction of a management content system with an e-learning module. Part of the activities envisaged in this project will be a follow-up and an upgrade of the results attained in a successfully implemented project under procedure № BG05SFOP001-2.004 from the Indicative Annual Working Programme 2016 of the Good Governance Operational Programme.
