Digital transformation - digital competence and learning

The Institute of Public Administration(IPA) is established by the Civil Servants Act and is a leading institution in training for professional development of the employees in the public sector. As a training center IPA implements the goals set in the main strategic documents, related to the development of public administration, e-government, including Operational Programme "Good Governance". In fulfilling these commitments the Institute should update the offered trainings having in mind the latest technological developments and the latest trends in the area. The following activities with main importance for the overall modernization and electronization of the processes in IPA, will be implemented under this project: - Digitization of the learning activity of IPA; - Training for civil servants, including for development of digital competence and to wider the use of digital forms of learning; - Increasing the capacity of IPA to improve the quality of research and of the information and documentation centre. By implementing these activities, the following results are expected: - Electronization of the processes in IPA; - Improving the knowledge, skills and qualifications of 41 730 employees from the administration; - To acknowledge IPA as leading educational and research institution in the public administration.
