The implementation of project "The electronic document in the administrative proceedings under the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code/Administrative Procedure Code.Theoretical and practical aspects" will contribute to the upgrading and acquisition of specialized knowledge and skills of 180 employees of the National Revenue Agency' "Appeals,Taxation and Social Security Practices" directorates and TD, related to the theoretical and practical aspects of the electronic document in the administrative procedures under the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code / Administrative Procedure Code.This will provide more efficient performance of their duties and respectively-achievement of higher results in the NRA’s principal activities. Participation of the NRA’s staff in this project training will satisfy the following needs: • gaining in-depth knowledge and skills in the relevant field; • improving competences and upgrading qualification; • optimization of the working processes; • acquiring new knowledge related to the changes in the Administrative Procedure Code for regulation and setting the process of exchange of documents in the administrative procedure] announcement procedure, complaint application procedure. The target groups of the project are lawyers from the "Appeals" and "Taxation and Social Security Practices" departments of the "Appeals,Taxation and Social Security Practices" Directorates;lawyers from the "Appeals" department at the TD of the NRA; "Debt recovery" and "Control" Directorates employees at the TD of the NRA. The implemetation of the project will result in cost-effective spending of the NRA’s budget,in the context of conducting a public procurement procedure for the selection of an external contractor to organize the specialized trainings. Last but not least,the participation in effective specialized trainings is an essential prerequisite for horizontal career development and encouraging the motivation of the NRA’s employees.
