Increasing the professional capacity of the employees in Regional Forest Directorate Sliven by organizing and conducting specialized trainings.

The project proposal will be implemented through the implementation of ten specialized training of foresters and chief control specialists in the forest territories by forestry engineers and experts, employees of the Regional Forest Directorate Sliven, in order to increase the professional capacity in the following areas: - forest reproductive materials and restoration; - management and control in forest areas; - administration of property in forest areas; - Geographic data and information; - applications of the implemented centralized information system of the Executive Forest Agency. A total 180 (one hundred and eighty) of the employees of Regional forest directorate Sliven will be trained, of which 162 (one hundred and sixty-two) will also receive a certificate. The trainings will be held in the place of employment - on the territory of the Municipality of Sliven, in attendance form, with duration of each training of 5 school hours within one calendar day held in multimedia conference halls for presenting presentations by the set topics and activities . The project organization and management activities will be prioritized by the Sliven Regional Forest Directorate. A united manual will be prepared and printed with the main focuses, regimes and legal provisions corresponding to the activities set out in the project.
