Refinement of professional skills of the employees of RHI Pernik through specialized training

The project contains the organization and implementation of specialized training for the effective implementation of the following specialized courses in the scope of RHI Pernik's activity:effective implementation of the legal instruments in the field of healthcare,practical application of the requirements of the regulatory framework in the field of healthcare and practical implementation of the innovations in the area of control of RHI Pernik. The target group are 55experts of RHI Pernik. The project aims at deepening and expanding the acquired specialized and methodological knowledge and skills of the employees for establishing a unified approach for effective healthcare control in the Republic of Bulgaria and for the practical application of the control requirements in the field. The project will meet the needs of the administration's employees to improve their professional qualifications in exercising control over compliance with laws and regulations,and will help introduce and implement innovations.In addition,staff will be familiar with good practices regarding the activities of the Regional Health Inspectorates.The acquired knowledge and skills from the employees will lead to an increase of knowledge, an increase in motivation of the employees, and consequently an increase in professionalism and expertise not only at the central but also at the territorial level. The topics covered in the planned training are directly related to the problems that RHI Pernik faces in its daily work.Due to the dynamics of the area in which the applicant has control and executive functions, the innovations and changes in the legislation are of high frequency.This is the main reason for the urgent need for constant additional specialized training of employees. As a result of the project, 55 individuals will undergo three specialized training modules directly related to the specific activities and functions of RHI Pernik in terms of legislation,good practices and innovation.
