Project “Conducting specialized trainings for employees of the Regional Forest Directorate Stara Zagora” of the RFD Stara Zagora includes preparation, organization, conducting and reporting of eight trainings in total for enhancing the knowledge, skills and competencies of the employees of the specialized administration of the Directorate. The project will start with the appointment of a Project Management Team, after which will be developed documentations for selection of contractors and service providers and materials needed to conduct all training, following the provisions of the PPA. The PMT will follow the timetable for conducting the trainings, controlling the implementation of the training preparation and, subsequently the implementation of each training. The project coordinator will collect and provide to the book-keeper all supporting documents for already performed activities. Four mid-term and one final progress reports on the project will be prepared and sent to the Programme Operator, requesting a cost verification checks for reimbursement. The PMT will develop a Plan for the implementation of information and communication activities with stakeholders and the public. With this project, RFD Stara Zagora aims to improve the qualification and to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of its employees in the specialized administration. All trainings foreseen are necessary, as in recent years there has been a serious weakening and diminishing interest in the profession of forester and forest inspector, which is related to actions against forest inspectors in the detection of the offender/s. After each training, the experts who have passed it successfully will receive certificates. Currently there are 27 employees and inspectors in the specialized administration of the RFD Stara Zagora. In order not to interrupt the normal activity of the Directorate, in seven trainings are provided to pass only by 20 participants.
