Specialized trainings for the employees of the Regional Health Inspectorate - Smolyan

The Regional Health Inspectorate - Smolyan (RZI - Smolyan) was established on 14 January 2011 by the Decree No. 1/06.01.2011 of the Council of Ministers for structural changes in the healthcare system. The activity, the structure, the organization of work, and the composition of the Health Inspectorate – Smolyan, are regulated by the Rules of Organization of the Regional Health Inspections. The inspectorate is subordinated to the Minister of Health and implements the health policy of the state on the territory of the Smolyan region. The project proposal aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the employees of RZI - Smolyan by providing specialized training, better management, providing better services for citizens and businesses, and organizing and effectively implementing the state health policy on the territory of the Smolyan region. The project envisages the holding of seven specialized trainings, in which 83 RZI – Smolyan employees are to participate, as all employees who have successfully completed trainings are going to receive a certificate. The expectations for the successful realization of the project are: - An improvement of the results of the state health control on the territory of the Smolyan Region and the achievement of a high level of compliance with the national and European requirements for the public objects, products, goods and activities relevant to human health and environmental factors; - Qualitative state health control over the medical and health establishments on the territory of the Smolyan Region; - An effective implementation of the state health policy in the Smolyan Region; - Better management and functioning of the control systems in RZI - Smolyan.
