Conducting specialized trainings for increasing of the specialized knowledges, improving of the skills and increasing of the expert capacity of the workers in DNP "Sinite kamani"

DNP “Sinite kamani” is specialized territorial unit of the Executive forest agency. Increasing of the professional competence of the employees of the Directorate and improving the quality of their work is essential to her activities. In the project proposal are predicted trainings and activities for increasing knowledges and skills in: - Processing and control of collected data from monitoring of the biodiversity, improving the practical skills for researching the presence and counting of species high plants, insects, birds, mammals, met on the territory of the Nature park - Changes in the regulation for management of Natura 2000, problems, updates and correct applying of the Bulgarian and European legislation in the area of nature conservation act. - Upgrade of the knowledges for prohibitions, restrictions, norms on construction and infrastructure in protected areas - Increasing of the practice skills for transformation of the environmental knowledges in active methods for the work with different targeted groups - Working with GIS database and creating of digital projects for different objects on the territory of Nature park “Sinite kamani”, with purpose awareness of the citizens, statistics, etc. - Increasing knowledges and skills for first aid to suffered in the nature animals, their conservation to their second releasing. Conservation of species with high nature conservation status is essential for biodiversity in the areas in Natura 2000. - Orienteering in the mountains, searching, getting out of a difficult situation, rendering first aid and transporting the victim
