IMPROVEMENT OF THE SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL HEALTH INSPECTORATE (RHI) - PLEVEN

1. Main objective: ■ The main objective of the project is to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven 2. Specific objectives: ■ Improvement of the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven by organizing and conducting specialized trainings directly related to the specific activity of the administration ■ Increasing the administrative capacity and efficiency of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven and achieving better regulation and management 3. Main activities - organizing and conducting specialized trainings as follows: ■ Organizing and conducting of 14 specialized trainings for raising the knowledge, skills and qualification of the employees of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven ■ Organizing and managing of the project ■ Providing information and communication (visualization) of the project 4. Main results: ■ Improved specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven ■ 14 organized and successfully carried out specialized trainings directly related to the specific activity of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven ■ Participation of 265 employees in specialized training ■ 265 members of administration staff with a certificate for successfully completed training ■ Increased capacity of the employees of Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven ■ Competent and efficient public administration, through the management and development of human resources ■ Modernization of the work processes in Regional Health Inspectorate Pleven ■ Increased user satisfaction through the provision of quality services ■ Successfully completed and implemented project ■ Increased public awareness of the implemended project activities and its funding
