The project proposal of the Sofia Regional Health Inspection (SIZI) foresees, within 11 project months, to organize and carry out a total of 15 specialized trainings for the 5 directorates of the territorial structure, through which will be achieved the following procedure indicators: - "Trained officials from the administration" - 355; - "Employees of the administration, successfully passed trainings with obtaining a certificate" - 355. The overall objective of the project proposal is aimed at improving the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of Sofia Regional Health inspection. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: Specific objective 1: Increase the specific knowledge and skills of 261 employees in the specialized administration of Sofia RZI by holding a total of 355 man-trainings for employees in the territorial structure. Specific Objective 2: Upgrade, expand and deepen the expert competencies of the employees in the administration of Sofia RZI by organizing and conducting a total of 15 specialized trainings. The specific objectives will be achieved by implementing activities 1-8 of the present project proposal.
