This project proposal "Conducting specialized trainings for employees of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture - Stara Zagora for providing better services to citizens and businesses" provides for 9 in-person specialized trainings for employees of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture - Stara Zagora. In recent years, the staff of the territorial administration have been exposed to more and more challenges and in order to be able to respond adequately to the expectations and needs of citizens and business, the Regional Directorate should have motivated employees with high professionalism and expertise. As a result of the project implementation the specialized knowledge and skills as well as the professional competences of the employees will be improved.
