The project aims to increase the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees in the 28 Department of Agriculture - Regional Offices - territorial structures of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (MAFF). Specific objectives: Specific objective 1: Increase the specific knowledge and skills of the employees from 28 Regional Offices of Department of Agriculture MAFF through participation in 4 specialized trainings on topics directly related to the their responsibilities. Specific objective 2: Upgrading, expanding and deepening the expert competences of the staff of the MAFF's territorial administration by organizing and conducting specialized trainings for 432 employees of Department "Agrarian Development" of all Regional Offices. The general and specific objectives of the project will be achieved by organizing and conducting the following specialized trainings: The Common Agricultural Policy after 2020. Bulgaria's Strategic Plan for the CAP Agricultural monitoring system in the context of the future CAP; Updates and changes in the procedures for maintaining the data and the specialized layers in the Agricultural monitoring system. Role of Department of Agriculture - regional and municipal offices. Effective management of the State Land Fund. As a result of the implementation of the project activities, the efficiency and quality of work of the MAFF's territorial administration will be increased, which is in line with the strategic goal of OP "Good Governance" for "Improving the efficiency of the administration and the judicial system".
