Conducting specialized trainings for the employees of the territorial units of the Directorate General of Fire Safety and Civil Protection - MoI

The project proposal provides specialized trainings for enhancing the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the employees of the Directorate General „Fire Safety and Civil Protection“ (DGFSCP), performing state fire control (SFC), prevention activity (PA) and control on implementing of National Disaster Act (CINDA). Seminars will be organized and held by employees of the DGFSCP for employees of its territorial units under Art. 8 of the Rules on the Structure and Activity of the Ministry of the Interior (Regional Directorates „Fire Safety and Civil Protection“ (RDFSCP) and Regional Services „Fire Safety and Civil Protection“ (RSFSCP), performing SFC, PA and CINDA. The following activities are envisaged: -seminar held for employees of RDFSCP and RSFSCP, who performing SFC -seminar held for employees of RDFSCP and RSFSCP, who performing PA and CINDA The target groups of the project are the employees of RDFSCP and RSFSCP, who performing SFC, PA and CINDA. The following results are expected: - 600 employees of RDFSCP and RSFSCP, who performing SFC, successfully completed training with certification. - 150 employees of RDFSCP and RSFSCP, who performing PA and CINDA, successfully completed training with certification In order to carry out the activities, which are services and supplies, open procedures for selection of contractors will be conducted, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The DGFSCP will perform the project on its own without partner involvement. The project budget is estimated to be 197 643.02 BGN. Its duration will be 17 months.
