The project proposal of the Regional Management of Education - Sofia-city (RME - Sofia-city) envisages that within a total of 12 project months, a total of 9 specialized trainings will be organized for the employees of the territorial structure, through which the following indicators will be achieved. procedure: - "Trained administration officials" - 315; - "Administration staff who have successfully completed certification training" - 315. The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of the RME - Sofia-city. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: Specific objective 1: To increase the specific knowledge and skills of 35 employees of the RME administration - Sofia-city by conducting a total of 315 person-trainings for employees in the territorial structure for the Sofia-city district. Specific objective 2: Upgrading, expanding and deepening the expert competences of the employees of the RME administration - Sofia-city by organizing and conducting a total of 9 specialized trainings. Specific objectives will be achieved through the implementation of Activities 1-9 of this project proposal.
