This project proposal "Improvement of the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of the Regional Directorate of Forests Varna" envisages the provision of 7 two-day specialized trainings of the employees of the Regional Directorate of Forests Varna. In recent years, the staff of the territorial administration have been exposed to more and more challenges and in order to be able to respond adequately to the expectations and needs of citizens and business, the Regional Directorate should have motivated employees with high professionalism and expertise. As a result of the project implementation the specialized knowledge and skills as well as the professional competences of the employees will be improved.
