Improvement of the specialized skills of the junior executive staff of the territorial units "Security" in DG Security, in the management of special vehicles (SV) in carrying out the activities of escorting, summoning, forcible bringing and detaining persons

DG Security is a legal entity under the Minister of Justice, with headquarters in Sofia, and it is a secondary disposer of budget appropriations, which structure includes regional units and regional directorates, according to atc. 14 and 15 of Regulation on the structure and operation of DG Security, The main objective of this project is to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the junior executive staff of the territorial units "Security" in the DG "Security" in the following direction: - Management of special vehicles (CA) in carrying out the activities of escorting, summoning, forcible bringing and people detention. The topic was selected in close connection with the specifics of the main functions of DG Security - the regional units and the regional directorates, which are clearly defined in the Regulation. The organization and implementation of the project activities will increase the efficiency of the work of the employees in the regional units, by upgrading their professional competences with specific knowledge that is not a subject of general educational training. The project target group is 66 employees of DG Security - junior executive staff of the territorial units of DG Security. The expected results are: - 66 employees from the territorial units of DG Security enrolled in specialized training; - Successfully passed the specialized trainings and received certificates of 66 employees (100%) from the territorial units of DG Security; The applicant and the target group are eligible beneficiery. It has experience in performing activities similar to those included in the project proposal. The proposed project manager has experience in project management and in providing specialized training. The project cost is effective, efficient and economical according to the attached Financial Efficiency justification. The project is in line with the horizontal principles of the EU applicable to the OPGG. The place of project implementation is Bulgaria.
