Specialized trainings for improving the knowledge and skills of the employees of Vitosha Nature Park Directorate

The project proposal envisages organization and implementation of specialized trainings for the employees of Vitosha Nature Park Directorate in order to increase their specialized knowledge and skills in various fields related to the management and control of the protected area. The project plans the realization of seven trainings with different number of employees according to the needs and their professional obligations and duties. The trainings will be conducted both on the territory of Sofia and in the country. The planned trainings are as follows: 1. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Specialized statistics for the processing of data generated during species monitoring and water monitoring"; 2. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Forest Pedagogy - Basic Principles. Methods and Good Practices for Working with Children; 3. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Fundraising for implementation of activities in Vitosha Nature park through donations - planning, monitoring, reporting"; 4. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Basics of mountaineering and mountain safety"; 5. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Increasing the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the experts of Vitosha Nature Park Directorate in the field of Vitosha flora and fauna" 6. Organizing and conducting specialized training on the topic "Actual changes in the Law on Spatial Planning, the Law on the Cadastre and the Property Register. Law on Spatial Planning and protected territories, Law on Spatial Planning and forest territories"; 7. Participation at specialized training on the topic "Graphic design".
