Improvement of the competence of the personnel of the Bulgarian Institute of metrology, related to ensuring international equivalence of standards and traceability of measurements in the field of ionizing radiation

The current project provides training to enhance the competence of BIM staff related to ensuring the international equivalence of standards and the traceability of measurements in the field of ionizing radiation. For this purpose, 7 employees of of BIM - 3 employees of the General Directorate of National Center of Metrology, Department “Chemical Measurements and Ionizing Radiation”, Sector "Measurement of Ionizing Radiations" - Lovech and 4 employees of the General Directorate "Measures and Measuring Instruments”, regional department - Pleven, sector Lovech, whose functions require a thorough knowledge of the matter of international equivalence of standards and traceability of measurements in the field of ionizing radiation will receive specialized training on the topic: "Methods for Measurement and Calibration in the Field of Ionizing Radiation - Estimation of Uncertainty Contributions and Detailed Uncertainty Calculation Budget" and will receive a certificate of training. The project duration is 18 months and its budget is 135 226,80 BGN.
