This project proposal "Enhancing the professional competences of the supervisory and security staff in detention facilities" foresees the organization of two trainings in order to improve the specialized knowledge and skills of the staff of the DG's territorial structures. competences of the security guard at the detention facilities. Within the project, two trainings will be conducted for 225 employees of Specialized Training for Security Officers for Crisis Improvement and Specialized Training for Security Supervisors on the Application of International Legal Standards in Treatment. 450 certificates will be issued . The project will include ward commanders and guards from prisons and prison dormitories, Head of Sector "Arrests" Head of Sector NO and main guards.
