"Improving the competencies of psychologists in the Directorate-General for Execution of Penalties system "

This project proposal "Improving the competencies of psychologists in the GDIN system" envisages three trainings of 41 psychologists from the territorial services of the Directorate General for Execution of Punishments. The trainings are related to the direct functional responsibilities of psychologists and include training for focus groups with employees and offenders, training in debriefing skills, training to build training skills, and developing training designs. project initiatives will have a positive impact on staff performance The objectives set respond directly to tangible and current mental health needs of staff and offenders. and to improve the quality of overall psychological and psychological training of staff. The successful implementation of the project will help to develop a model for dealing with offenders, which corresponds to and corresponds to good practices in EU countries.As a result of the project implementation, the professional competencies of psychologists will be improved.
