Building a unified, effective resource management system in the system of the Ministry of Interior

Optimization of the working processes through development and implementation of resource management information system (ERP) in the Ministry of Interior and training in working with the system. It includes the following stages: Stage 1 - Development and implementation of modules in 7 budget spending units in the Ministry of Interior. The following modules are included: - Accounting and financing; - Budgeting and control; - Management of fixed assets; - Warehouse; - Purchases and supplies; - Sales; - Fleet management. Seven budget spending units in which the above modules will be piloted were identified: - Communication and Information Systems Directorate; - Property Management and Social Activities Directorate; - Budget Planning and Management Directorate; - International Projects Directorate; - General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime; - National Police General Directorate; - Capital Directorate of Interior. Stage 2 - Training of employees and expansion of users. Stage 3 - Development and implementation of 5 additional functionalities / modules: - Leisure activities; - Social activities; - Penal ruling register; - Project management; - Public procurement management.
