Digital volunteers

This project aims to contribute to a more active implementation of the policy for transfer to electronic administrative services in Radomir municipality and performing actions in support of the municipal administration. To achieve the general goal, three specific objectives were formulated: - to establish which municipal services are most frequently used by the residents of Radomir Municipality, with a focus on people with restricted mobility (elderly people and people with disabilities) - to establish what impedes the residents of Radomir Municipality and people with restricted mobility in particular to use e-administrative services - to raise the awareness and increase the interest of the local residents to the e-administrative services. The project is organized in three activities: research of the most frequently used services in Radomir Municipality, a survey of the types of impediments/ anxieties experienced by the people with regard to electronic administrative services and forming a group of volunteers to show to the local people how e-services work. The project will produce three main results: - a list of municipal services that the residents of Radomir Municipality use most often with a focus on people with restricted mobility (elderly people and people with disabilities). It will show which services these people use as a priority and therefore a transfer to the electronic form would facilitate them substantially. - an analysis containing recommendations to the municipal administration based on the drawn conclusions. The analysis will include established and described impediments and anxieties that the people experience with regard to electronic municipal services. - Provided support to the residents of the villages in the municipality to try their use and be reassured in their advantages. Furthermore, support provided to the municipal administration to raise the awareness and interest of the local residents to the e-dministrative services.
