Effective partnership for implementation of social politics at local level on the territory of municipalities of Sevlievo, Dryanovo and Tryavna.

The project aims to contribute to increasing civic participation in the implementation and monitoring of social policies at the local level in the municipalities of Sevlievo, Dryanovo and Tryavna on the basis of independent civic monitoring, feedback, partnership and recommendations from civil society. The objective is formulated in connection with Objective 1 "Partnership with Citizens and Business" of the Procedure "Increasing Citizen Participation in the Implementation and Monitoring of Policies and Legislation" focusing on supporting local government in decision-making and implementation of social policies through expert monitoring of the current social policies in the three municipalities. The specific objectives of the project are aimed at: 1) Increasing the activity of non-governmental organizations and citizens in the implementation and monitoring of social policies in the municipalities of Sevlievo, Dryanovo and Tryavna; 2) Improving the interaction between the stakeholders in the implementation of social policies, including the municipal administrations of Sevlievo, Dryanovo and Tryavna, NGOs and citizens to implement targeted and effective social policies for the benefit of the public; 3) Strengthening the partnership between the interested parties in the implementation of social policies by carrying out advocacy activities and raising awareness. The target groups of the project include municipal managements and specialists responsible for social services in the three municipalities, civil society organizations - providers and users of social services, decentralized state structures (Regional Directorate of Social Assistance - RDSP, Social Assistance Directorates - DSP) and the public. The expected long-term effect of the project implementation is to build partnerships between stakeholders and create a sustainable tool for civic monitoring of the implementation of social policies at the municipal level.
