Increasing the competitiveness and entrepreneurship in the municipality of Kardzhali

The strategic goals and priorities set by this project are related to the pursuit of a higher standard of living of the people in the municipality of Kardzhali and sustainable development. In order to provide a better regulatory environment, a partnership will be established between the administration and civil society for the preparation and evaluation of local policies aimed at increasing competitiveness and entrepreneurship in the Municipality of Kardzhali.For the sustainable development of the local economy in the medium and long term it is necessary to improve the regulatory and institutional environment in the direction of creating a stable and predictable regulatory framework at the local level and a high culture of administrative services. The implementation of this project will provide an opportunity to improve and refine the process of strategic planning and programming for the next period 2021-2027.This, in turn, will create preconditions for the development of the local economy, which is related to attracting investment, ensuring sustainable employment, restructuring and increasing the productivity of the manufacturing sector, in order to ensure further high growth and increase the competitiveness of local businesses. Ensuring citizen participation in decision-making and implementation of policies aimed at improving competitiveness and entrepreneurship in the municipality of Kardzhali will ensure open and responsible governance, which is one of the objectives of the project and the procedure underlying the application of the principles. of transparency, openness and efficiency of public administration.
