The implementation of this project will provide an opportunity to improve and refine the process of strategic planning and programming for the next period 2021-2027.This, in turn, will create preconditions for the development of the local economy, which is related to attracting investment, ensuring sustainable employment, restructuring and increasing the productivity of the manufacturing sector, in order to ensure further high growth and increase the competitiveness of local businesses. Ensuring citizen participation in decision-making and implementation of policies aimed at improving competitiveness and entrepreneurship in the municipality of Kardzhali will ensure open and responsible governance, which is one of the objectives of the project and the procedure underlying the application of the principles. of transparency, openness and efficiency of public administration.
