Analysis of the current policies in the railway sector in field of collective bargaining for open and responsible management between citizens and businesses and implementation of informational campaign.

This project aims to analyze the current policies in the railway sector in the field of collective bargaining in order to open and responsible management between citizens and businesses. This will be done by conducting an analysis on the basis of which recommendations will be made to business and the state, thus effective civic monitoring will be carried out. After the preparation of the analysis, a national information campaign on collective bargaining and rights will be launched, which will lead to increased citizen participation in the processes of implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation. At the end of the project, a national conference will be held to present the results of the analysis and information campaign and specific recommendations will be made to improve the legislation in the sector. As a result of the project activities will be prepared: 1 analysis with specific recommendations to the state and business 1 information campaign, including: - elaboration of information materials - development of a website - conducting individual and group consultations on CLA at national and regional level. 1 national conference for presenting the results and making recommendations to the state and business. The implemented activities will directly contribute to the achievement of the two main objectives of the procedure - Partnership Management with Citizens and Business and Open and Responsible Management.
