This project proposal is implemented in partnership between the Association of Young Scientists and the Ministry of Education and Science. Its main goal is to build a partnership network between the Ministry of Education and Science - Universities - Association of Young Scientists (NGO) - Business, which will become a sustainable platform for partnership management of the administration with citizens and businesses and lead to the accelerated development of research and development activities, and the transfer of innovations, which together will contribute to the successful implementation of the stages set out in the 2030 Research Strategy and the Strategy Implementation Plan. The project proposal consists of four activities - analysis, research, recommendations and information campaign. The main target groups of the project are state administration structures, state authorities, municipalities, as well as their employees; Public - including universities and their representatives; Non-governmental organizations, socio-economic partners, as well as their employees and businesses. Through a clear structure of activities, this project proposal addresses the problems of all these target groups, and its main goal corresponds to one of the objectives of the procedure and contributes to effective partnership management with citizens and businesses.
