Partnership between local government, citizens and business in formulating policies for planning and providing social services at the municipal level

In the project "Partnership between local government, citizens and business in formulating policies for planning and providing social services at the municipal level" are planned activities:1.Analysis of the environment for creating councils on social services and attitudes to their functioning, which aims to study the readiness of municipal administrations, the civil sector and business to participate in the establishment of councils on social services and their attitudes towards their function.2.Analysis of the attitudes and vision of municipal administrations, NGOs and citizens to implement the provisions of the Law on Social Services in order to examine the attitudes and vision of local authorities to partner with civil society and business in planning social services at municipal level.The surveys on act. 1 and act.2 will cover 23 municipalities on the territory of the 6 planning regions in the country,with 400 respondents of municipal and state administrations, civil society, business-private providers of social services, users of social services and their relatives, local print and electronic media.The data from the two studies will prepare two Analyzes with recommendations, which will be provided to stakeholders.3.Raising public awareness and presenting the results of the surveys with the participation of all stakeholders by holding four seminars involving 120 representatives of the target groups.The activities will ensure the achievement of the main goal of the project-to improve the environment for effective dialogue and partnership between local authorities, citizens and businesses in the processes of planning and providing social services, which is in line with the strategic objectives of the procedure for partnership management with citizens and businesses, for effective dialogue with citizens and their organizations, and improving service delivery processes, namely improving the partnership environment in social service planning and delivery processes.
