More effective policies at local level through advisory forms of civic participation to implement the social functions of kung fu sport to overcome extreme situations, increase the motor activity and development spirit of the inhabitants of a municipality from the fourth hierarchical level according to the National Concept of Spatial Development (NCSD) of the Republic of Bulgaria

In recent years there has been a continuous increase in the motor inactivity of the population in Bulgaria. A further impact on this negative trend was the Kovid-19 pandemic.
